Our story

Creating opportunity since the beginning.

Founded by producer, choreographer, educator, author, and entrepreneur Carlena “CrazyCee” Gourdine, the company was built on one belief: Teach to Each.

Brooklyn-born and Jamaica-Queens-raised, Carlena built a career spanning MTV’s The Grind, choreography, live production, training, and entrepreneurship. Her company concept began in 1992 and began serving clients in 1994. Since 1997, Discipline, Dedication, and Determination have guided her approach to developing people and their work.

CrazyCee Productions became the foundation for multiple brands, each created to solve real problems and open doors for others.
